ARB Minutes/Audio Recording
The Fairfax County Architectural Review Board uses an audio recording device to assist the secretary in capturing accurate details for the minutes for each meeting. The minutes are then reviewed, edited and approved by the Architectural Review Board at the following monthly meeting. After the minutes are approved, the audio recording of the minutes will be deleted, and an electronic copy of the written minutes will be posted on the ARB website (See Library of Virginia Records Retention and Disposition Schedule, GS-19 Administrative Records, Series 010089).
