Clemyjontri Rules

Park Authority employees and authorized volunteer staff have been trained and are obligated to enforce these rules and regulations. Failure to abide by these rules may also result in violators being ejected from the park immediately and prohibited from future use of park property, facilities or services.

 

For the safety and well-being of everyone using the playground we ask for your cooperation by following the rules listed below

  1. Children must be supervised at all times.
  2. No food, drink, or gum is permitted in ANY play areas.
  3. Bikes, skateboards, and rollerblades are not allowed on playground surfacing.
  4. Cursing, yelling, and hitting are not allowed.
  5. No pets of any kind are permitted on the playground.
  6. Use age-appropriate playground equipment only.
  7. No playing around or in the stormwater management pond.
  8. All children and adults are required to listen to and follow instructions given by Clemyjontri staff.
  9. No smoking on the playground. Smoking is only permitted in the parking lot.
  10. Clemyjontri Park reserves the right to close the playground and/or carousel due to inclement weather or overcrowding.
  11. Use playground and equipment for its intended purpose only.
  12. Please clean up after yourself and your children.

Individuals and groups who fail to follow park policies may be asked to leave the park.
