Site Rentals

The Water Mine Family Swimmin' Hole offers a variety of rental space. From private shaded areas for families or small groups, to larger FUNbrellas or canopies, our rentals fit every event need. All reservations have guaranteed shade.

Rental purchase does not include admission for every member in your group. You MUST purchase admission tickets to enter the facility. Rental payment should be made with the purchase of admission tickets to ensure availability since there is a limited capacity. To receive the group rate with eligible rental sites, you must reserve tickets in advance with the reservation team at 703-246-5929.

Water Mine Funbrella Rentals

Our Funbrella locations are great for parties of 10 to 22 people. Funbrellas, located in different areas of the Water Mine, are large umbrella-shaped structures with 5 picnic tables. No electricity is available. Amplified sound, glass, and alcohol are not permitted. Download map to view the locations of the different Funbrellas within the Water Mine. Reserve at least 2 days in advance.

Water Mine Canopy Tent Rentals

Top Railer, Big Auger, and Shoofly have a maximum capacity of 100 people. All sites are available May 27th through September 4th but are not available on weekdays while the water park is open, except for half-days between 3pm-6pm. Electricity is available only at the Big Auger canopy tent location. Amplified sound, glass, and alcohol are not permitted. Full tents must be reserved at least 7 days in advance. Shoofly must be reserved at least 2 days in advance.

Private Family Rentals

Add some exclusivity, privacy, and relaxation to your day with the rental of one of the Water Mine's cabanas, awnings, or bungalow. Included in the reservation are a table, chairs, and personal inner-tubes for the lazy river. Reservations are available on a first-come first-serve basis, pending availability, and for parties of 10 people or fewer.

Full payment of rental fee is required to reserve. Rental fee does not include admission that must be purchased online. Reserve at least 2 days prior to the reservation date.

Ace-high Awnings, Bunkhouse Cabana and Pete’s Bungalow are only available during Water Mine operating hours. These rentals require an admissions fee for everyone using the shelter because they are inside the water park. Download map to view the locations of the cabanas and awnings within the Water Mine.
