Guidelines for Development in Reston Transit Station Areas

Reston TSA Districts

The "Guidelines for Development in the Reston Transit Station Areas" are intended to support the implementation of the Reston Comprehensive Plan. The Guidelines provide detailed urban design and streetscape information to complement the Comprehensive Plan and provide guidance for development proposals in the boundaries of the three Reston Transit Station Areas (TSAs). 

Endorsed Guidelines

The Guidelines were reviewed and endorsed by the Board of Supervisors on December 4, 2018. The Guidelines are divided into six chapters and an appendix. For a short introduction to the content of each chapter within the document, please refer to the summary brochure.
