A public comment period begins January 5, 2022. Mail and email comments must be received no later than Thursday, February 3, 2022 to ensure adequate time for review by decision-makers. Residents can attend the meeting electronically and speak or forward their comments.

The public comment meeting agenda includes a brief presentation on the fee process followed by an opportunity for public comment. If you wish to sign up to speak in advance, please contact the Public Information Office at 703-324-8662. You need not register in advance to speak. Individuals may speak for three minutes and organizations will be allotted five minutes. Each organization may have one five-minute speaker.
