Two Options:

Shop Online and Order By Phone -  

  1. Call the pro shop (703) 493 - 8849 (available Monday-Friday, 8 a.m - 3 p.m.)
  2. Place and pay for your order.
  3. Pull up to the clubhouse curb, call to let us know you’re here, pop the trunk and an associate will place your order in the trunk.  It’s that easy!

Virtual Personal Shopper Experience -  

  1. Download Microsoft Teams on your smart device (free of charge)
  2. Call or email ryan.carmen@fairfaxcounty.gov to reserve your VPS Experience.  Available Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. -3 p.m.
  3. A Personal Shopper at Laurel Hill will send you a meeting request for that day/time via email (look for an email from firstname.lastname@fairfaxcounty.gov)
  4. Your assigned Virtual Shopper and yourself click into the meeting through your calendar
  5. A Laurel Hill Personal Shopper will greet you via webcam and walk you through the pro shop helping you shop via our tablet/webcam (you don’t need to be on cam, just need your mic enabled)
  6. Pay for your order
  7. Pull up to the clubhouse curb, call to let us know you’re here, pop the trunk and an associate will place your order in the trunk.  It’s that easy!
