Fairfax Circuit Court Clerk to Offer Civil Marriage Ceremonies at Reston Satellite Office on February 11, 2025

Fairfax Circuit Court Clerk, Chris Falcon, is pleased to announce that he will be offering FREE civil marriage ceremonies (typically min. $75.00) at the Fairfax Circuit Court Reston Satellite Office on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
“In honor of Valentine’s week, we are giving back to our community” said Clerk of Court Chris Falcon. “We recognize that many of our residents are facing financial uncertainty, and we hope this helps.” Interested couples should complete the pre-application at https://ccr.fairfaxcounty.gov/mlweb/default.aspx and will be required to pay the marriage license application fee ($30).
The event will be held at the Cathy Hudgins Community Center at Southgate, 12125 Pinecrest Road, in Reston, Virginia on February 11, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
The Fairfax Circuit Court Reston Satellite Office launched in May 2024 and offers several court services on the 2nd Tuesday of each month, such as civil filings, marriage license issuance, certified copies of court records, and free notary service. This initiative is led by the Clerk of Court, Chris Falcon, in partnership with Fairfax County, and is part of the court's ongoing effort to make services more accessible to residents and the community at large.
