Courthouse Parking and Transportation

The Fairfax County Courthouse is located in the City of Fairfax at 4110 Chain Bridge Road. This is just south of the intersection of Route 123 (Chain Bridge Road) and Route 236 (Main Street or Little River Turnpike). You can drive or take public transportation to the Courthouse.

Parking

publicparking Public parking is available in Garage B located on Page Avenue, between West Street and Judicial Drive (10550 Page Avenue, Fairfax, VA 22030).

  • Cost is $2.50 per hour with a $12.50 daily maximum.
  • You must pay before returning to your vehicle; there are no cashier booths at the exit gates.
    • Pay by cash or credit/debit card to the attendant on Level G.
    • Pay at one of the pay-on-foot stations on Level G or 4th floor of the garage.
  • Hours of operation: 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday to Friday. Parking is free outside of the hours of operation and on the weekends.
  • Maximum height in the parking garage is 7' 2". Very tall and\or commercial vehicles that exceed 7' 2" will need to make other parking arrangements.
  • Jurors and county agency visitors, please bring your parking ticket inside to be validated by staff. When leaving the garage, you may exit immediately by simply placing the validated parking ticket in the slot at the exit gate. There is no need to see a parking attendant.
  • Accessible parking spaces are provided in a small surface parking lot located near the flag poles just across from the Courthouse, for those with a DMV permit or plates. In addition, there is another accessible parking lot directly across from Garage A in the large grass field. If these spaces are filled, ask the security officer in front of Garage A where additional spaces are located.
  • Parking in lots marked with blue "Decal Only Parking" signs or other reserved lots Monday-Friday between 8 am & 4 pm will result in a $25.00 fine and possible towing.
