(18+) Experience a unique yoga session under the glow of the full moon on the beautiful putting green at Pinecrest Golf Course. This special Hatha yoga practice combines mindful stretching, breathwork and reflection with movements designed to help golfers improve flexibility, balance and core strength. Participants will also learn techniques to reduce tension and support recovery after a round, strengthening both mind and body in harmony with nature’s rhythms.

All levels welcome; no prior yoga experience required.

  • Practice on the serene Pinecrest putting green during the full moon
  • Guided movement and meditation to promote confidence, balance and flexibility
  • Open to all levels—including beginners
  • Mats available, but participants are encouraged to bring their own
