Fairfax County Park Authority is committed to providing an inclusive event atmosphere for our Summer Concert Series. Below please find the list of accessible amenities at each location.
Requesting ADA accommodation
The Park Authority requests advanced notice before the event. If the request is less than 10 days prior to the show date, FCPA will attempt to provide services.
Ellanor C. Lawrence - Walney Visitor Center has a long sidewalk path with a relatively steep natural hill. There is a paved path and a wood platform up the hill from the amphitheater with benches for viewing.
Concert Venues
Sully Historic Site - Ensure that we order accessible porta potties. Provide 5 parking signs and cones
Mosaic - No changes needed. Accessible
Royal Lake - The concert venue is at the foot of a long sidewalk path with a relatively steep natural hill. Wheelchair assistance needed down the slope. There is a paved path and a concrete pad for viewing.
Lake Accotink - All ADA Parking is available in the upper lot which is accessible from the 7500 Accotink Park Road Entrance.
Ellipse at Government Center - ADA spots are available in the front of the Government Center building. Use the elevator to access the concert series in the back.
Nottoway Park - There is a long walk to access the venue through a field and lengthy walk to the restrooms at the farther side of the park.
Burke Lake Park (grassy concert area) – Concert venue is located on a grassy lot. Temporary ADA parking is available across from the lot or in the concrete lot below the venue.
