Upon receipt, a Private Swim Coordinator will review the request and contact you within two business days.
Requests are processed in the order they are received.
We will make every effort to accommodate your request based on the availability you provide. We appreciate your flexibility when scheduling your lesson(s)

Once placed with an instructor, a Private Swim Coordinator will be in touch with you to confirm the scheduled lesson time, payment & instructor information.
General cancellations require a minimum of 48 hour notice. Cancellations due to illness require a minimum of 6 hour notice. During inclement weather, if the Rec Center is open, but you are unable to attend your lesson, a minimum of 4 hour notice is required. Customer will be charged the full lesson rate in the event of a no call no show.
Private swim lesson passes expire 6 months from date of purchase.
