Water Mine Procedures and FAQs

Inclement Weather

For your safety, all water park guests will be cleared from the facility in the event of audible thunder, visible lightening, or unforeseen events. The facility will remain closed for 30 minutes after the last sound of thunder or observation of lightning. The facility may delay opening or close early due to inclement weather. Rain checks may not be issued until temporary closure has exceeded an hour or a full day closure has been announced due to unforecasted inclement weather or unforeseen events. Members of your group will only receive a rain check if you have been in the park for less than 1.5 hours before closure. A credit to the household account will be issued for a future visit.

**All admission sales are final. No refunds will be given**

Re-Entry

All guests may leave and re-enter the park on the same day after signing out and receiving a wristband. It will be valid for immediate re-entry up to 30 minutes after leaving. If one returns more than 30 minutes after signing out and receiving a wristband, he or she will need to wait again in the general admission line. If we have reached capacity, a number of people will need to leave the park until your group may re-enter. You will not need to pay the general admission price again to enter on the same day.
