The Aqua Flex pass offers drop-in entry to aquatics exercises classes at Rec Centers throughout Fairfax County. Purchase a 20-visit pass for a 10% discount and a 30-visit pass for a 15% discount from Nov. 1 through Nov. 30. Explore the full schedule of drop-in water exercise classes by visiting the Rec Center Schedules webpage.
Come out to see if the Aqua Flex pass is right for you by sampling water exercise classes during the Aqua Flex ‘26 event. Multiple instructors lead participants, ages 13 and older, through various styles and intensities of water exercise classes that the Park Authority offers. Purchase a $10 ticket and choose to take part in the entire two-hour session or enjoy just a portion of the session at a location convenient to you. The event takes place 2-4 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 7, simultaneously at three different Rec Centers:
- Audrey Moore Rec Center, 8100 Braddock Road, Annandale
- Oakmont Rec Center, 3200 Jermantown Road, Oakton
- Franconia Rec Center, 6601 Telegraph Road, Alexandria
Adding water exercise into your routine improves cardiovascular health, balance, coordination, flexibility, endurance and strength, all while reducing strain on joints, helping reduce stress and contributing to weight loss. Joining an Aqua Flex class with the Park Authority can be incredibly fun, providing an opportunity to socialize and connect with others. These connections make sticking to a routine even easier.
