The Fairfax County Park Authority will soon begin renovations at Field 7 at Wakefield Park. The project will include installation of new fencing, bleacher pads, infield work and drainage improvements. The field will close for renovations on Oct. 1 and is anticipated to open for the new season in spring 2025.
