No prior experience or certifications are required. Our lifeguards are licensed through the Ellis & Associates International Lifeguard Training Program. Applicants must be at least 15 years of age at the start of the course. Employment is contingent upon successful course completion. Training dates will be made available to applicants at the time of their interview.
The course covers skills and knowledge necessary to respond to aquatic emergencies, including first aid and CPR for the professional rescuer. Prerequisites: Students must be at least 15 yrs. old before course completion. Those who pass the class receive a certificate valid for two years.
Become certified to teach the American Red Cross swimming and water safety programs (Parent and Child, Learn-to-Swim and Water Safety).
