You shouldn’t have to choose between getting your exercise and taking care of your child. Our drop-in childcare staff provide plenty of activities, games and crafts to get kids moving, playing and making new friends. Let us occupy them out while you work out.

Park Authority staff look forward to providing a safe and fun environment for your children while you use our facilities listed below. Please note that space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Review information provided and fill out/return the Information Form to drop-in childcare staff at your Rec Center:

The maximum stay is 2 hours and parents/guardians must remain the in building.

The Fine Print

  • The maximum amount of time children are allowed to stay in our care is 2 hours.
  • Parents must remain inside the Rec Center while their children are in drop-in childcare.
  • Parents at the Rec Centers are given a pager in case they are needed to be reached.
  • Only water is allowed in the drop-in childcare room.
  • Children must be in good health to attend childcare.
