Work with one of our specialized GTS trainers to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance. The GTS equipment is a fun way to work in multiple planes, use full joint range of motion and core recruitment to achieve remarkable results in record time! Yoga is a great way to strengthen and lengthen muscles while centering the body for relaxation. If you want to learn yoga basics, improve your yoga practice or take your yoga to the next level our certified yoga instructors can work with you one-on-one or in a small group to enhance your yoga practice.
Seeing results from your workouts is motivating and helps you keep on track. Your RECenter offers several assessments including “InBody” tests to determine your current fitness level and track progress. Evaluations measure cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and body composition.
