Healthy Strides
Healthy Strides wellness program helps you accomplish your wellness goals all year long. Our Healthy Strides Community Classes bring Fairfax County Park Authority’s instructors right into your home. A wide variety of classes to help you to reach your fitness goals. Join us in April for the annual Healthy Strides 5K/10K at Burke Lake Park, great for all ages and abilities.
