Wellness Book Club
Come share your interest, opinions and ideas about some of the latest findings in fitness and wellness. Each month a book will be chosen by our fitness team that addresses various fitness and wellness issues. Clubs will meet for once a month to read and discuss the topic with a qualified discussion leader. Monthly books and locations can be found at the Healthy Strides website.

Healthy Strides wellness program helps you accomplish your wellness goals all year long. Our Healthy Strides calendar is the tool to help you make 12 steps for a healthier year. Free workshops are available each month on different health topics. The Monthly e-newsletter will keep you educated and informed on important health issues and upcoming special events.
