Personal Training and Wellness Services

Level up your health and wellness with Fairfax County Park Authority. Enhance your current wellness routine or try something new.

Purchase sessions or session packages (6- or 12-sessions) and create a custom wellness plan that meets your needs. The Park Authority offers a variety of wellness services that you can mix and match.

Purchase Sessions
  • Personal Training: Certified professionals facilitate exercise routines to meet your goals while keeping in mind your physical background and where you are in your health and wellness journey.
  • Health Coaching: Experts consult with you on lifestyle changes to support your long-term health goals.
  • Nutrition Counseling: Professionals discuss a personalized plan with healthy eating habits, goals and strategies.
  • Pilates Reformer Private Lessons: Instructor leads a private lesson on the operation of the reformers and movements to support goals.
  • Private Meditation: Attend a guided meditation session. 
  • Tai Chi Private Lessons: Attend a private Tai Chi class.
  • Sport-Specific Training: Focus on building specific skills and movements to improve performance in a sport.

Please note that not all services are available at all sites. Coordinate sessions with the Fitness Director at your local Rec Center. For your convenience, virtual meeting options are available for most services. Want to train with a buddy — we do that, too!
