Area 1 Maintenance Facility serves all 92 parks within Maintenance Area 1, which is approximately 1,795 acres of parkland within the County. The purpose of the project is to construct a new maintenance shop that will meet the current and projected maintenance needs for Area 1. Located in the Dranesville Supervisory District, at 1929 Pimmit Drive in Falls Church, Virginia.
