With more than 150 classes to choose from weekly and locations all over Fairfax County, you’ll be sure to find a class you enjoy! Classes are designed to offer low and high intensity options to accommodate all fitness levels. Choose the flexibility of the Aqua Flex Pass or reserve your spot in a class.

Drop-In Group Fitness

Add a dose of high energy and motivation to your workouts with group exercise classes. These dynamic classes offered at all the Rec Centers (except George Washington) offer a fun and challenging alternative to weight training and treadmill routines. With more than 400 different classes to choose from weekly and locations all over Fairfax County, you’ll be sure to find a class you enjoy!
