Join the Fairfax Park Authority as a Farmers Market Volunteer. Support local farms and small businesses while connecting with your community by volunteering at an FCPA Farmers Market in your neighborhood. Volunteers help manage the day-to-day operations of the market by setting up market supplies, supporting customers and vendors, explaining market rules and assisting with food assistance programs such as SNAP. Weekday and weekend opportunities are available. Great for active retirees, adults with flexible schedules or college students.
