Franconia Birthday Parties

Look no further than Franconia Rec Center — the ideal destination for an unforgettable birthday party experience!

Reservations can be made for the current and following month.

Party Room Rental

We have two party rooms to offer at our Rec Center!

The Hilltop room is located downstairs near our pool.
The Preschool Pod is located on our main level.
Both of our party rooms have a maximum capacity of 25 people.

Party Room Rental is $75 per hour.

Rental includes 5 tables and 25 chairs included, additional chairs $1/chair, tables $4/table.

Soft Playroom Package - $140

This package includes the Party Room Rental (one hour in a party room) plus one hour use of the Soft Playroom (15 guests max).

Soft playroom max 1 hour reservation.

Pool Party Package - $151

This package includes the Party Room Rental (one hour in a party room) plus one hour of pool admission for 12 swimming guests, excluding non-swimming chaperones.

$6.75 for each additional In-County Youth Swimmer
$9.90 for each additional In-County Adult Swimmer
$10.80 for each additional Non-County Youth Swimmer
$12.60 for each additional Non-County Adult Swimmer

Gym/Basketball Party Package - $165

This package includes the Party Room Rental (one hour in a party room) plus one hour use of half the basketball court in the gym.

Each additional hour in the gym will be $95
No food, drinks or music is allowed in the gym

Pool Package price is for 12 swimming guests. There is no pro-rated price for less than 12 guests. Fees for additional swimmers can be paid on the day of the party.
The full amount is due when you confirm the reservation with the rental coordinator prior to the date of the event.
The Renter is responsible for maintaining a proper Adult-Child ratio:
- Children in flotation devices must be within arms reach of an adult.
- Children ages 5 and under require a 1:6 ratio.
- Children ages 6 years and older require a 1:10 ratio.
- All kids not swimming with a guardian should be able to swim.
Activity times are always prior to the scheduled room time.
The Renter will be permitted to enter the room 15 minutes prior to the room time for set-up purposes only. You must be out of the room at the end of the allotted time. Place trash in the receptacle and remove all your items. Late or early arrivals will not alter the time allotted in your specified room.
If a party exceeds the allotted time given, the Renter will be charged for the additional time by 30-minute intervals.
The Renter will receive a cart to hold their items. The Rec Center is unable to refrigerate, freeze or heat any food items. Please plan food accordingly.
No open flame, pinatas, and only painter's tape allowed.

All refunds must be submitted to the rental coordinator.
Cancellation requests made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 13 days or less of the rental date will receive a 50% refund.
Failure to comply with FCPA rules/regulations may result in immediate cancellation of the rental and incur a $50 fee.
FCPA will issue a full refund when a room rental or birthday party is cancelled by FCPA.
