Oakmont Rec Center has a variety of Cybex strength training machines and free weight equipment that offer diverse methods for achieving healthy levels of strength training.
The Oakmont Rec Center has an Olympic-sized heated indoor with a zero-depth beach entry area pool with 1 and 3 meter springboards, 3 and 5 meter platforms, a outdoor sundeck, dry heat saunas, and locker rooms. Our comprehensive programs promote safety, skill development, fitness, social interaction and fun.
You’re at your best when you set aside time for you. Our childcare program provides children from 3 months through 10 years old a fun, safe and supervised place to play while you get moving on feeling great.

With an array of birthday party options and star attractions ranging from swimming to miniature golf to nature exploration, there's a party style to suit everyone. To check space availability at Oakmont Rec Center, call 703-281-6501.
Looking to change up your fitness routine try Racquetball and get a great workout. Reservations are required and can be made up to one week in advance. To make a reservation call the Rec Center or stop by the Front Desk. Court usage requires General Admission fee in addition to hourly fees. Court fees waived for active Pass holders.
The grounds surrounding Oakmont Rec Center are comprised of 58 acres, which include:

• 18-Hole Mini Golf Course
• 2 Soccer Fields
