Getaway Refund Policy
Trips are cancelled if the number of registrants is below a minimum. Trips may be cancelled for inclement weather, and a full refund will be given. If weather is questionable, please call 703-642-5173 for cancellation information.
Cancellations received 14 or more days prior to the “Getaway” date will receive a full refund.
No refund will be given for cancellations received 13 or fewer days prior to the “Getaway” date.
