Hidden Oaks Nature Center Rental Facilities

Have your next meeting or event minutes inside the Beltway in a 52-acre woodland oasis. Hidden Oaks Nature Center offers meeting and event accommodations.

Multi-purpose Classroom with woodland view

  • Capacity: 50 people
  • Cost: $90/hour on weekends or $72/hour on weekdays (20% discount for non-profit organizations). Two-hour minimum.
  • Tables and folding chairs available to be arranged in a classroom, party, or auditorium-style setup.
  • Audio visual equipment may be available.
  • No alcohol. Events must end by 10 p.m.

The center has a small parking lot.  Satellite parking with more than 50 additional spaces is a three-minute walk along the accessible Storybook Trail. Guests may enjoy a walk along the 1/3-mile Old Oak Loop Trail or visiting the nature center exhibits.
