Frying Pan Farm Park Visitor Center

Frying Pan's visitor center includes an auditorium and a classroom that can be rented for special occasions. Both blend rural charm with modern amenities at an affordable price, and both reveal a preserved and modernized 19th century dairy barn at their heart.

Auditorium

The 1,800 square feet of this spacious, open room has a warm ambiance thanks to exposed barn beams, wooden floors, stage space and a 26-foot-high ceiling. The flexible space can accommodate up to 110 people at tables and chairs. Amenities include a 12’x12’ retractable projection screen, full sound system, free Wi-Fi and acoustic panels. Tables and chairs are included in the rental fee.

Classroom

The bright, 600-square foot classroom is perfect for smaller gatherings. It’s ideal for children’s parties, meetings or catering for auditorium rentals. The room accommodates up to 40-45 people at tables and chairs. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, a serving counter, refrigerator, private restroom and separate entrance. Tables and chairs are included in the rental fee.

Rental Rules and Regulations

Cancellation Policy

In case of emergencies, snow or other unusual circumstances, the FCPA may close the park if it is deemed necessary to protect the parkland, facilities or the public. Every effort will be made to give reasonable notice of
any such cancellation and all fees will be refunded in full.

If the RENTER cancels the rental agreement more than 90 calendar days prior to the rental date, all fees will be refunded minus a $25.00 processing fee. If the RENTER cancels the rental agreement 60 to 90 calendar days prior to the scheduled date, 50% security deposit and a $25.00 processing fee will be forfeited. If the renter cancels the rental agreement 59 to 30 calendar days prior to the event, the entire deposit and a $25 processing fee will be forfeited. If the Renter cancels the rental agreement less than 30 days prior to the scheduled date the entire security deposit, half the rental hour fees and a $25 processing fee will be forfeited. If the RENTER fails to appear for a scheduled day, all rental fees will be forfeited.
