Choose from a spacious event hall or a flexible multipurpose room—both available to rent for your special occasion. Each space blends rustic charm with modern amenities and features a beautifully preserved 19th-century dairy barn at its heart, all at an affordable price.

Rental Availability Hours:

Rental hours may differ from park operating hours.

Monday–Thursday: 9:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Friday: 9:30 a.m.–midnight
Saturday: 9:30 a.m.–midnight
Sunday: 11 a.m.–10 p.m.

Note: Rental availability may vary for holidays and special closures.

Hosting a big celebration or a smaller gathering? Choose from two flexible indoor rental spaces with built-in amenities to make planning easy. Compare the options below to find the space that fits your guest count and event style.

Fees and Pricing

Event Hall

Monday through Thursday
- $360 for four hours, $50 each additional hour
Friday or Sunday
- $520 for four hours, $120 each additional hour
Saturday
- $720 for four hours, $150 each additional hour

Multipurpose Room

Monday through Sunday
- $75 per hour (two-hour minimum)
- Each additional hour after two hours: $75

Additional Fees

Alcohol Beverage Use Fee: $225
Event Hall Sound System: $50
Projector: $50
Multipurpose Room Cleaning Fee: $30
Event Hall Cleaning Fee: $150
Multiple Area Rental Fee*: $50 per hour

Cancellation Policy

FCPA may close the park in emergencies, bad weather, or other unusual situations to protect the park, facilities, and public safety. If this happens, all fees will be refunded, and we will do our best to let you know as soon as possible.

If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so in writing by mail, fax or email. We do not accept cancellations by phone.

Cancellation Fees

The amount you lose depends on how soon you cancel before your rental:

61 or more days: 25% of your rental fees
60–31 days: 25% of your rental fees + half of the remaining balance
30 days or less: No refund is given
