Colvin Run Mill Historic Site offers Girl Scout, BSA Scout merit badge and Cub Scout programs. Troops are invited to sign up for prescheduled programs advertised in Parktakes or to call and schedule a time. Not all journeys or badges can be completed in one session. Volunteers support Colvin Run Mill in multiple ways. Volunteers at Colvin Run are resource and historic interpreters, gardeners, storekeepers, docents, and groundskeepers. They support special events at the park in a variety of ways.
